Service Story Ep 7丨 Supporting 3D Printing to Robotics A Long Term Partnership

In this episode, we share how a long-term partnership turned into continuous innovation.

We began our journey by supporting a high-quality 3D printer manufacturer, working with them from the EVT (Engineering Validation Test) phase all the way to mass production. Our role was to provide precision CNC machined parts, adapting to every product iteration with tight tolerances and consistent quality.

Over time, one of their key engineers moved on to join an innovative robotics company. Because of the trust we had built during our previous collaboration, he chose to continue working with us.

This led to an exciting new project — supporting the company’s flagship robotic dog.
A milestone moment came when the robot was featured in the 2025 U.S. 250th Anniversary Parade, showcasing cutting-edge engineering and design on a global stage.

This story reminded us that our true value goes beyond making parts.
It's about deeply understanding what our customers need, adapting quickly, and growing together.
